Allan Project – New Build

A challenging small site at only 309m2 that we managed to fit a spacious, 199m2, two-car garage, 4 bedroom home on.

As well as the small section size, there was also an out of date consent notice on the property. This meant we needed to apply for a resource consent. Unfortunately the consent was declined by the council, so the project went onto a “planning hearing” where the Commissioner granted in our favour. Receiving the green light on the project allowed us to complete working drawings and construction.

Compact but functional is the best way to describe this design that despite the small footprint, still has a fantastic outdoor living area for our client to enjoy their beach lifestyle.
